Research:

 

I am working with loblolly pine, trying to understand the mechanisms to cope drought stress situations using microarrays and EXPRESSO. I am focusing in protection and repair genes, such as Late Embryogenesis Abundant (LEA) proteins, Heat Shock Proteins (HSP) and Peptydil Prolil cis-trans isomerases.
