The Promoter Group

The Promoter Group is a handful of biologists, computer scientists, and bioinformaticians at Virginia Tech. We are interested in understanding gene regulation by using existing tools and creating new ones. Although the resources within this site are primarily geared toward members of the group, we hope that the material is useful to others as well.

The Promoter Group welcomes new members with similar interests. If you think you would like to become part of our group, please come to one of our meetings.
