  We report two cases of pregnancy in patients taking TNFalpha antagonists for chronic inflammatory joint disease.

  METHODS : A standardized stress task was administered to 3 groups of subjects : RA patients taking TNFalpha antagonists , RA patients not taking such medications , and healthy controls.

  However , using IL-10 knockout mice , we demonstrate that IL-10 does not mediate the suppressive effect of restraint stress on innate IFN-gamma production.
